Further to the announcement made by Gabungan AQRS Berhad ("GBGAQRS") on 6 May 2024, the Board of GBGAQRS wishes to announce the additional RRPT entered into between a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Gabungan Strategik Sdn Bhd and the related party, Solitaire Suites Sdn Bhd.
The amount of the aforesaid additional RRPT has, by way of aggregation for the period from 7 May 2024 to 21 May 2025, exceeded 1% of the net assets of GBGAQRS’ Group.
The cumulative aggregate ratio for the period from 7 May 2024 to 21 May 2025 is 1.73%.
