EcoWorld International wishes to announce that it had on 23 May 2025, entered into a non-binding framework agreement with JLG, which sets out the principal understanding between the parties to undertake evaluations, technical assessments, and financial feasibility studies in relation to the investment opportunities for identified projects by the respective parties (“Framework Agreement”).
