This announcement is made in compliance with Paragraph 6.0 of PN32 of the Main Market Listing Requirements, which requires results of a report by a Competent Person, and any material change to Reserves or Resources disclosed previously, to be announced.
Hibiscus Petroleum has appointed Tetra Tech RPS Energy Ltd (“TTRPSE”) to undertake an independent evaluation of its 35% working interest in the PM3 CAA block located within the Commercial Arrangement Area (“CAA”) between Malaysia and Vietnam (“PM3 CAA”), held by Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia (PM3) Limited (“HMPM3”) (12.7%) and Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited (“HML”) (22.3%)(“Competent Person’s Report”). The Competent Person’s Report is being undertaken following the 20-year extension of the asset’s tenure, to assess the updated reserves and resource potential.
The Company is pleased to announce a summary of the Competent Person’s Report prepared by TTRPSE, as contained in the attachment.
