        Dynamic Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company

We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 13 November 2024 and 15 November 2024 in respect of the sealed Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by Messrs Wong & Partners on behalf of Hitachi Rail GTS Hong Kong Limited [formerly known as Thales Transport & Security (Hong Kong) Ltd] (“Plaintiff”) against EV-Dynamic Sdn. Bhd. (“Defendant”).

 

The Company wishes to announce that its solicitors have informed the Company of the following developments:-

  1. At the case management held on 22 May 2025 before YA Puan Noor Hayati binti Haji Mat, the Court struck out the matter with liberty to file afresh and no order as to costs.
  2. On 23 May 2025, the Plaintiff’s solicitors filed a Notice of discontinuance to discontinue the action against the Defendant with liberty to file afresh and no order as to costs.

 

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof.
