The Board of Directors of Samaiden (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Samaiden Sdn. Bhd. (“SSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samaiden, had on 26 May 2025 accepted a LOA from GVU Fajar Timur Sdn. Bhd. (“GVU”) to undertake, amongst others, the EPCC works in relation to the development of a 27.60 MWac LSSPV power plant located at Pasir Mas, Kelantan (“Project”). The Project is one of the LSSPV projects approved by Suruhanjaya Tenaga in December 2024 pursuant to Large Scale Solar 5 (LSS5) programme.
