We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 30 October 2024, 13 February 2025,  28 February 2025, 3 March 2025 and 16 April 2025 on the delay in issuance of the Outstanding Financial Statements (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that CAS MALAYSIA PLT [201606003206 (LLP0009918-LCA & AF 1476)] having consent to act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, have been appointed as new Auditors of the Company with effect from 21 May 2025 to fill the casual vacancy in the office of auditors caused by the resignation by Messrs. UHY and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Outstanding Financial Statements is targeted to be released by the end of September 2025.

While the statutory audit of the Outstanding Financial Statements has just commenced, the Company will make another (third) application on extension of time (“EOT Application”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act  2016 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Company to hold its 7th Annual General Meeting given the initial (second) EOT approved up to 30 June 2025 is no longer feasible.

The Company will make further announcements on the progress of the EOT Application and the statutory audit of the Outstanding Financial Statement from time to time.
