The Board of Directors of Ygl Convergence Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce the change in the financial year of the Company from 31 March to 30 June ("change of financial year end").
Following the change of financial year end, the Company's present financial year will be a 15-month period from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2025. Thereafter, the financial year of the Company will commence on 1 July and end on 30 June in each subsequent year. |
