For comparative purposes, the earnings per share for the first quarter and year-to-date ended 31 March 2024 and the net assets per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 have been adjusted for the effects of the Share Split involving the subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share into two (2) subdivided ordinary shares, which was completed on 28 June 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to declare a First Interim Single Tier Dividend of one and five tenths (1.5) sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2025. The dividend will be paid on 30 June 2025 to shareholders registered in the Record of Depositors on 13 June 2025. |
