ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS EXPIRING ON 4 NOVEMBER 2025 OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF BYD COMPANY LIMITED ("BYD") ("SHARES") ("BYD-C36") PURSUANT TO (I) THE BONUS ISSUE OF NEW SHARES ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 8 BONUS SHARES FOR EVERY 10 EXISTING SHARES AND (II) THE CAPITALIZATION ISSUE OF NEW SHARES ("CAPITALIZATION SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 12 CAPITALIZATION SHARES FOR EVERY 10 EXISTING SHARES BY WAY OF CAPITALIZATION OF CAPITAL RESERVE (TOGETHER, THE "DISTRIBUTION")

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 10 Jun 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 11 Jun 2025

Remarks :

This announcement supersedes the earlier announcement made by us on 9 May 2025 (Reference number: ENT-09052025-00005).

Please refer to Macquarie Capital Securities (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.'s announcement dated 27 May 2025 with regards to the adjustments to the terms and conditions of BYD-C36 for further information on the adjustments. 

Any adjustments will take effect from 9.00 am on 10 June 2025, being the first day of dealings in the Shares on an ex-entitlement basis.
