The Company wishes to announce that the ESOS of TMCLS which has been in force for a period of ten (10) years since its implementation on 28 May 2015, shall expire on 28 May 2025 (“Date of Expiry”).
Pursuant to Clause 20.5 of the ESOS By-Laws, it is provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, all unexercised ESOS options shall lapse on the Date of Expiry.
As at the date of this announcement, 15,280,750 ESOS options remain unexercised shall lapse immediately, as of the Date of Expiry.
Accordingly, the ESOS Committee of TMCLS shall be dissolved immediately.
