Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 7 March 2025 in relation to the Bareboat Charter Award, which was awarded to Bumi Armada’s joint venture company AC7 by ONGC (“Announcement”).

Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Company wishes to announce that the terms and conditions of the Bareboat Charter Award have now been finalised into a Bareboat Charter Contract, which has been signed by AC7 and ONGC.
