Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 19 February 2024, 11 October 2024, 21 October 2024, 30 October 2024, 6 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 3 February 2025, 17 February 2025, 24 April 2025 and 20 May 2025, and the circular to shareholders dated 27 May 2024 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular"). Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities and SCS Global wish to announce that the listing and quotation for the entire issued share capital of ICT Zone Asia will be transferred from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 3 June 2025.
