On behalf of the Board of Directors of MTG (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:

1. Proposed transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire issued ordinary shares of MTG from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Proposed Transfer”); and
2. Proposed amendments to the Constitution of MTG to facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Transfer (“Proposed Amendments”).

The Proposed Transfer and the Proposed Amendments are collectively referred to as the “Proposals”.
