Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 18 April 2025 issued by Ping Edge Technology Berhad ("Ping Edge").

The dates for opening, closing and balloting of application are not applicable as the placement of Ping Edge Shares is an excluded issue within the meaning of Section 230 of the CMSA in conjunction with the listing of Ping Edge on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities ("Listing"). This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate the implementation procedures for the Listing.
