We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 14 December 2023 where the Company had first announced that it is an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") (“First Announcement”), all subsequent monthly announcements pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR on the updates and developments, announcement dated 25 November 2024 in relation to an application for an extension of time to submit the regularisation plan pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the MMLR, and the announcement dated 16 December 2024 whereby Bursa Securities had granted the Company an extension of time of six (6) months up to 13 June 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.

Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the First Announcement.

The Board of Directors of PBS wishes to announce that an application for a further extension of time of six (6) months until 13 December 2025 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the MMLR has been submitted to Bursa Securities today. Further announcement will be made upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities regarding the application.
