The Board of Directors has approved the change in the Company's financial year end from 31 March to 30 June ("Change"). The Change is necessitated by the recent resignation of the Company's auditors. In light of this, additional time is needed for the new auditors to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries. Following the Change, the next set of financial statements will cover 15 months from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2025.
