Redesignation

Mr. Ng Swee Ping began his career in CHI-LLTC (presently known as TNL Partners PLT) as an Audit Assistant from April 2016 to September 2017 where he was involved in assisting the financial audits for small and medium enterprises. He subsequently joined BDO Malaysia (presently known as BDO PLT) as an Audit Associate in December 2017 where he was involved in assisting in financial audits for a diverse portfolio of multinational, listed and non-listed entities across various industries. During his tenure at BDO, he was promoted to Audit Senior Associate in July 2018 and Audit Assistant Manager in January 2021. As the Audit Assistant Manager, he assumed leadership of audit associates and senior associates, overseeing all aspects of statutory audit engagements with meticulous supervision and strategic guidance.

He left BDO PLT in August 2021 to join Netpoint Coating Sdn Bhd as Finance Manager in the same month. He was primarily responsible for, amongst others, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, managing tax filings, developing budgets and forecasts, as well as overseeing human resources and administrative functions of the company. He subsequently resigned in August 2023 and joined Chemlite Group as Financial Controller in September 2023 and has now been promoted to Chief Financial Officer of the Group.
