The Board of Directors of Wegmans Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Directors had on 30 May 2025 approved an interim single tier dividend of 0.50 sen per ordinary share ("Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 26 June 2025 and the Dividend so declared is payable on 18 July 2025.
