She is a seasoned professional with almost three decades of experience spanning multiple manufacturing companies. Commencing her career journey in 1998, she embarked as a Purchasing & Shipping Executive at Tung Shung Machinery Sdn Bhd, specializing in film and plate processors for the printing industry. Here, she adeptly managed overall planning, purchasing activities, and ensured materials integrity in the warehouse while collaborating closely with shipping companies for import items.

In 1999, she transitioned to Gateway Sdn Bhd, a Fortune-500 company renowned for its build-to-order personal computer business. As a Logistics Analyst, she played a pivotal role in driving cost efficiency through meticulous analysis and recommendations to management, alongside managing the company's appointed forwarder.

Expanding her horizons in 2002, she joined a manufacturing company pioneering Malaysian-made memory modules for the international market. Beyond logistics, she assumed the additional responsibility of Sales & Marketing Coordinator, showcasing her versatility and strategic prowess.

In 2005, she ventured into the semiconductor industry with Ismeca Malaysia, serving as Logistics & Warehousing Manager, where she honed her expertise in managing complex supply chains. Transitioning to the automotive sector in 2015, she assumed the role of Material Service Manager at Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd, ensuring seamless Just-In-Time delivery schedules to customers.

Her journey came full circle in 2016 when she rejoined Cohu Malaysia as Global Spare Parts Manager, later being promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, she leads customer satisfaction initiatives, optimizes spare parts revenue streams, manages spare part sales forecasts, and spearheads strategies to enhance profitability.
