We refer to the announcements dated 27 March 2025 and 10 April 2025 on the above matter. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of LSH Capital wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal had on 30 May 2025 dismissed the appeal filed by the Plaintiffs against the High Court’s decision to dismiss the ad interim injunction application on 8 April 2025.
On 25 April 2025, LSH Service Master, LSHBB and SMSB filed a notice of application to strike out LSH Service Master, LSHBB and SMSB’s involvement in the lawsuit on the grounds that the Plaintiffs have no basis in law and fact against LSH Service Master, LSHBB and SMSB. The hearing for the said application has been fixed on 9 June 2025.
Further announcement will be made as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
