Further to the Company’s announcement dated 14 March 2024 in relation to the members’ voluntary winding-up of Special Windfall Sdn Bhd (“SWSB”), a 60%-owned subsidiary of Insas, the Board of Directors of Insas wishes to inform that SWSB had conducted its final meeting on 30 May 2025 to conclude the members’ voluntary winding-up.
The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 3 June 2025 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months after the said lodgement date, SWSB will be dissolved.
