The Board of Directors of Edelteq Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that Edelteq Ventures Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 3 June 2025 entered into a joint venture agreement with Halo Technologies Sdn Bhd for the establishment of a joint venture company in Malaysia under the proposed name of Halovision System Sdn Bhd to conduct research and development, manufacturing, and commercialization of Automated Optical Inspection Machines, with the intent of targeting applications in Substrate Panel (Raptor series) and Semiconductor Wafer Level (i-Falke series) Inspection.
