We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 14 December 2023 where the Company had first announced that it is an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), all subsequent monthly announcements pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR on the updates and developments, the announcement dated 25 November 2024 in relation to an application for an extension of time ("EOT") to submit the regularisation plan pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the MMLR, the announcement dated 16 December 2024 whereby Bursa Securities had granted the Company an EOT of six (6) months up to 13 June 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities, and the announcement dated 30 May 2025 in relation to an application for a further EOT to submit the regularisation plan pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the MMLR ("Further EOT Application").

​The Board of Directors of PBS wishes to inform that the Further EOT Application is still pending Bursa Securities' decision. Further announcement will be made upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities regarding the Further EOT Application.

The Company will make the relevant announcements should there be any material developments in relation to its regularisation plan.
