SUNMOW-PA - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

Preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum per Rights RPS as detailed in the Information Memorandum in relation to the Rights Issue of RPS with Warrants dated 05 September 2024 (taxable in the hand of the holders)

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “EX-DIVIDEND” as from: 13 Jun 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 16 Jun 2025
3) Date Payable : 30 Jun 2025

Remarks :

In accordance with the Constitution of Sunmow Holding Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a cumulative gross preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum on its issue price, payable semi-annually in arrears. This preferential dividend of 2.2315% per RPS is pro-rated for the period covering 01 January 2025 to 30 June 2025.
