Preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum per Rights RPS as detailed in the Information Memorandum in relation to the Rights Issue of RPS with Warrants dated 05 September 2024 (taxable in the hand of the holders)

Change in Title : Notice of Book Closure (instead of Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio))

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 13 Jun 2025 (Remain unchanged)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 16 Jun 2025  (Remain unchanged)
3)  Date Payable : 30 Jun 2025 (Remain unchanged)

Remarks :

In accordance with the Constitution of Sunmow Holding Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a cumulative gross preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum on its issue price, payable semi-annually in arrears. This preferential dividend of 2.2315% per RPS is pro-rated for the period covering 01 January 2025 to 30 June 2025.
