We wish to announce that VELESTO-C39 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 05 June 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of VELESTO-C39 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of VELESTO-C39 x (RM0.1782 - RM0.2500) x (1/1.5)
= Number of VELESTO-C39 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.1782 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the VELESTO Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and VELESTO-C39 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of VELESTO-C39 shall terminate absolutely.
