Encik Azizan Abd Aziz has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. He joined Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad ("the Company") on 27 May 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). He was appointed as the Group CFO of the Company on 8 October 2021, following its listing.

Remarks :

Encik Azizan Abd Aziz has submitted his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company to pursue a new career opportunity. His last working day will be on 31 July 2025.

The Management has initiated the process of identifying suitable potential candidates to succeed him. Shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subsequently submitted to the Board for approval. A formal announcement on the new appointment will be made in due course.

In the interim, Puan Siti Nur Huda Sufian, Group Financial Controller, will assume the role of Acting CFO effective 1 August 2025 to ensure continuity in the leadership and management of the finance function.
