The Board of Directors of MMAG Holdings Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that Line Clear Express Sdn Bhd (“Line Clear”), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, had on 6 June 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Collaboration with Mpire Global Berhad, JAC Auto (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Cheongfuli (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to establish a mutually beneficial collaboration in relation to the Entrepreneur Program for the Commercial Vehicle Ownership.
