SINARAN ADVANCE GROUP BERHAD ("SAG" OR THE "COMPANY") - OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME OF THE COMPANY ("ESOS")
In accordance with paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, SAG wishes to announce that the Company has on 6 June 2025 made an offer of options under the ESOS to certain eligible employees and directors of the Company and its subsidiaries.
