The Board of Directors of D & O Green Technologies Berhad (“D&O” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the dormant joint venture company of Dominant Opto Technologies Sdn Bhd (“DOT”), namely Domi-Star Optoelectronics Corporation (“Domi-Star”) has been officially dissolved by Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan, Republic of China (“MOE”) on 27 May 2025.

Domi-Star is a joint venture company with DOT holding 51% shareholding (DOT being a 90% subsidiary of the Company) and Lighting Investment Corporation ("LIC") holding 49% shareholding, where LIC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Epistar Corporation.

The notice of dissolution from MOE dated 27 May 2025 was received on 9 June 2025.

The dissolution of Domi-Star has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of the D&O Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
