Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 March 2025, 15 April 2025, 9 May 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”) in respect of the Notice of Adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 by TPSB. Unless otherwise defined, all terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce that on 10 June 2025, the Claimant has formally issued and served the Adjudication Claim to the Respondent pursuant to Section 9 of the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (“CIPAA”).

The Adjudication Claim has been submitted to the duly appointed Adjudicator and comprises claims for certified works, unpaid interim payments, and/or other entitlements under the Contract, amounting to RM4,726,181.45, together with applicable interest and costs.

The Adjudicator is expected to render a decision within the statutory time frame of 45 working days from the close of pleadings, in accordance with CIPAA.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments relating to the adjudication proceedings as and when necessary, in compliance with the ACE Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
