Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 23 May 2025 and 28 May 2025 in relation to the termination of UJVA, the Board of Directors of GPB (“Board”) proposes to vary the utilisation of proceeds allocated to the funding of UJVA towards the money lending business, development of new digital infrastructure, enhancement of existing smart residential and parking management platform as well as working capital (“Proposed Variation”).
