Pursuant to Paragraph10.09(1)(a) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s (“Bursa Securities”) MAIN Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Pantech Global wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiaries (“Pantech Global Group”), have in the ordinary course of business entered into the RRPT as disclosed below and the total consideration of which by way of aggregation has exceeded the threshold of the RRPT of 1% of the net assets of Pantech Global Group for the period from 3 March 2025 to 31 May 2025.
