The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad (“Bioalpha” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 June 2025 received a notice in writing from Messrs. Chengco PLT (“Chengco”) on their resignation as Auditor of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to inform that the resignation of Chengco was due to the firm’s registration status with the Audit Oversight Board of the Securities Commission of Malaysia and the Board is not aware of any matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Management of Bioalpha will commence the process of identifying new external auditors in place of Chengco and shall make the relevant announcement in due course.
