The Board of Directors of CN Asia wishes to announce that the Company's application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to seek approval for an Extension of Time of up to 31 March 2026 to hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Application”) has been approved.
