The Board of Directors of MTOUCHE ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 16 June 2025 received a notice in writing dated 16 June 2025 given pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016") from Messrs. Chengco PLT ("Chengco") on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, Chengco's term of office will end after twenty-one (21) days from 16 June 2025.

Chengco was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the last Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 26 February 2025 and is to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The resignation of Chengco is on a voluntary basis.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company on the appointment of new Auditors in due course.
