= Number of VITROX-C8 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of VITROX-C8 x (RM3.2995 - RM3.6500) x (1/10)
= Number of VITROX-C8 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 3.2995 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the VITROX Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and VITROX-C8 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of VITROX-C8 shall terminate absolutely.
