We wish to announce that HIAPTEK-CG expired at 5.00 p.m. on 17 June 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of HIAPTEK-CG x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of HIAPTEK-CG x (RM0.2766 - RM0.3500) x (1/1.5)
= Number of HIAPTEK-CG x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.2766 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the HIAPTEK Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and HIAPTEK-CG shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of HIAPTEK-CG shall terminate absolutely.
