We wish to announce that DNEX-C36 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 17 June 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of DNEX-C36 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DNEX-C36 x (RM0.2997 - RM0.4000) x (1/1.5)
= Number of DNEX-C36 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.2997 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the DNEX Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and DNEX-C36 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of DNEX-C36 shall terminate absolutely.
