The Board of Directors of Vsolar has approved a change in the Company's financial year end from 30 June to 30 September (Change). This Change is necessitated by the recent resignation of the Company's auditors. In light of this, additional time is needed for the new auditors to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries. Following the Change, the first set of financial statements will cover a 15-months period from 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2025.
