We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the SCR. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed High Court Order dated 23 May 2025 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 18 June 2025. Accordingly, the resolution for the SCR as confirmed by the High Court Order has taken effect on 18 June 2025 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.
The payment of the SCR Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be made on 26 June 2025.
