The Board of Directors of MTG is pleased to announce that the Company had on 18 June 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Yangtze (Jiangsu) Marine Technology Company Limited (Company No. [2024] 11250003) ("YOFC Marine") for the purpose of sets forth the mutual intentions of the Company and YOFC Marine to collaborate the followings in good faith toward mutually beneficial objectives:

(a) The Company shall be granted the rights to promote and sell YOFC Marine’s products within Malaysia; and YOFC Marine shall extend their support on case by case basis upon mutual agreement for the regional market.

(b) YOFC Marine shall support the Company’s activities through product development and technical collaboration, particularly in the following product areas:

(i) Submarine Composite Power Cables (HVAC and HVDC)

(ii) Optical Ground Wire Cables (OPGW)

(iii) Specialised Overhead Conductors with low sag and high capacity, such as Thermal Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (TACSR)

(iv) High Voltage Underground Cables up to 132KV and above

(c) YOFC Marine shall provide the Company with design specifications, technical expertise, machinery recommendations (based on cost-efficiency and performance), process engineering, and testing protocols in relation to the product categories listed in Clause (b).
