He began his career at Microsoft Malaysia, where he served as Developer Marketing Manager (2007-2009) and Commercial Marketing Manager (2009-2010). During his tenure, he worked closely with enterprise partners, developers, and commercial clients to drive go-to-market strategies and promote digital transformation within Malaysia's growing tech ecosystem.
In 2010, he was awarded a Technology Grant from MDEC to establish Rhingle Sdn Bhd ("Rhingle"), one of Malaysia's earliest augmented reality solution providers. Today, Rhingle has evolved into a leading regional marketing and innovation agency. The Group comprises over 100 professionals and offers an integrated range of services including digital marketing, creative production, technology solutions, and event execution. Under Mr. Moy's leadership, Rhingle has executed high-impact campaigns and digital initiatives for some of the world's leading technology and enterprise brands. These include Microsoft, Cisco, Red Hat, Nvidia, AMD, Grab, Unilever, Acer, Asus, Lenovo, and HPE, spanning local and regional markets. |
