Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the announcement dated 8 April 2025 (“Initial Announcement”) in relation to the Proposals.
Reference is made to the Initial Announcement in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that on 19 June 2025, Taghill Land and YTBI had mutually agreed to vary certain terms relating to the entitlement of the Parties (as set out in the Initial Announcement). In relation to this, the Parties had entered into an addendum to joint venture agreement to amend, restate, specify and/or supplement the relevant provisions of the JVA (“Addendum JVA”).
