| Working experience and occupation | Encik Rewi Hamid Bugo serves as a director of several private companies in Malaysia and New Zealand spanning various industries, including property development, automotive importing and distribution, and insurance broking. In 2015, he was appointed to the Board of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad, a Sarawak-based listed company, and Thriven Global Berhad, a Kuala Lumpur-based listed company. He stepped down from these roles in 2019 and 2024, respectively. In 2018, he was appointed to the Board of General Capital Limited, a public listed company in New Zealand, and has served as Chairman since then. He was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Propel Global Berhad on 18 December 2024.
