AURELIUS TECHNOLOGIES BERHAD ("ATECH" OR "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE OF 433,524,800 WARRANTS IN ATECH ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE IN ATECH HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 17 JUNE 2025 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
(The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.) The Warrants are issued at no cost to the Entitled Shareholders of ATech pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants. Each Warrant shall entitle the Warrant holder to subscribe for one (1) new ATech Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments under certain circumstances in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 3 June 2025. Any Warrants not exercised will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose and consequentially the Company will not receive any proceeds. This announcement is dated 20 June 2025.
