Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 October 2024 and 22 October 2024 (“Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the Winding-Up Petition. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to update that Golden Wave Sdn Bhd (“GWSB”) has been notified by its solicitors that the Winding-Up Petition was heard before the High Court judge today. The judge has further fixed matter on 31 July 2025 for decision.
The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in relation to this matter.
