The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors has resolved today to recommend a First and Final Single Tier Dividend of 2.5 sen per share totalling RM2,722,500 in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2025 ("the Said Dividend") subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The date of entitlement and the date of payment in respect of the Said Dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
