The Board of Directors of Destini Berhad (“Destini” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its indirect subsidiary, Trovon Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202301049328 (1543242-D)] (“Trovon”), had on 3 June 2025 entered into two Sub-Contractor for Supply of Parts Agreements (“Agreements”) with SMH Rail Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200001012673 (515279-U)] (“SMH”) to undertake the overhauls of Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) and Brake Caliper Equipment fitted to 58 Inspiro platform electric trainsets operating on the MRT Line 1 (Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line) (“Works”). This announcement was cleared by SMH for release on 25 June 2025.
