Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Enproserve Group Berhad dated 26 June 2025.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 26 June 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 8 July 2025.

In the event that there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Securities website accordingly.
